Night Rating

A Night Rating is the next stage of training and allows the pilot to operate an Aircraft at night. These hours make you a better Pilot and also enable you to fly at night time. This is an excellent way of building hours in a meaningful way

The Private Pilots Licence syllabus does not include any requirement for night training for the issue of the license. However, should the private pilot wish to fly as Pilot In Command at night with or without passengers then the night rating must be obtained. This is also a mandatory requirement in order to obtain a CPL.
